At Majestic Books, we want every purchase to be a great experience. Because our products are digital ebooks delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods — but we are always willing to work with you if something goes wrong.

1. Nature of Digital Products
All products sold by Majestic Books are digital ebooks, delivered as instant downloads. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are considered final once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your account.
We recommend reviewing the book description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific title, reach out to us at contact@majesticbooks.online before buying.
2. When Refunds Are Granted
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
• Technical failure: You are unable to access or download your purchased file due to a technical error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
• Corrupted or incomplete file: The file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or missing content, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same title more than once. We will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
• Unauthorized charge: A purchase was made on your account without your authorization. Please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
In all of the above cases, we encourage you to contact our support team first, as most technical issues can be resolved quickly without needing a refund.
3. When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• Change of mind after the download link has been accessed or the file delivered
• Dissatisfaction with the content, writing style, or subject matter of the book
• Device compatibility issues that were clearly disclosed in the product description (our books are delivered as PDF files compatible with all major devices and reading apps)
• Failure to download within a reasonable time after purchase, where the link was available and functional
• Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date
4. EU & UK Customers — Distance Selling Rights
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
However, by completing your purchase and accessing your download link, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived at that point, in accordance with applicable law.
If you have not yet accessed your download link, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@majesticbooks.online.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
1. Email contact@majesticbooks.online within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]”
3. Include your order number, the title of the book, and a clear description of the issue.
4. Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation that supports your request.
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days and respond with a decision within 3–5 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase before processing a refund.
6. Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, here is what to expect:
• Confirmation: You will receive a refund approval email within 2–3 business days of our decision.
• Processing: The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Bank processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
• Download access: Your download link will be deactivated upon refund approval.
Total time from approval to funds received: typically 8–15 business days, depending on your financial institution.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This may apply when:
• Only one title in a multi-title bundle is affected by a technical issue
• A mutually agreeable resolution can be reached that does not require a full refund
Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the proportional value of the affected item within the purchase.
8. Promotional & Discounted Purchases
Books purchased at a promotional or discounted price are subject to the same refund eligibility criteria as full-price purchases. If a refund is approved for a discounted purchase, you will receive the amount you actually paid — not the original full price.
9. Try Technical Support First
Before submitting a refund request for a technical issue, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. Many problems — such as download errors, file format questions, or device compatibility — can be resolved quickly. We support customers with:
• Download and delivery problems
• Opening or reading PDF files on any device
• Transferring ebooks to Kindle, Kobo, Nook, or other eReaders
• Account access or order history questions

10. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchases
If you notice a charge from Majestic Books that you did not authorize, please contact us immediately at contact@majesticbooks.online. We take fraud seriously and will work with you and our payment processor to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Do not wait — the sooner you report it, the faster we can act.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase. Purchases made prior to a policy change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
